Just what it says. John Wesley's three rules, as modified by Bishop Reuben Job: (1) Do No Harm, (2) Do Good, (3) Stay in love with God. Feel free to join in - politely - remembering rule number 1.

Nothing special
I love Lulu the Pekingnese...today's puppy!! Cathy wants a teacup Pomeranian for Christmas so it looks like the Zoo Annex sign will definitely be going up in our front yard. I guess I'm going to have to adopt a veterinarian so I'll have full-time care available for the menagerie.

Martha has my sympathy!
Martha was distracted by her many tasks…. But the Lord [said], “Martha, Martha, you are worried and distracted by many things; there is need of only one thing. Mary has chosen the better part….”
Luke 10:40-42
I have too many tasks. Actually, I have too many self-inflicted wounds. Daily I see folks like myself who are over-tasked, over-tired, and over-stressed. It's time to do something about it and starting today I'm going to pay particular attention to Rule 1 of the Three Rules and apply it rigorously to my personal life. I encourage you to do the same.
